Upon successful completion of your transaction, a digital booking confirmation (E-Ticket) will be delivered to your provided email address and mobile number (via SMS/WhatsApp) instantly. This digital document acts as your proof of delivery for the service.
The actual "delivery" of the spiritual service (Puja, Archana, Annaprasad) occurs at the Kakrajit Temple premises in Midnapore on the specific date and time selected during the booking process.
Devotees are required to present their digital confirmation at the Temple Office upon arrival. The scanning of your booking QR/ID at the counter constitutes the final delivery of the service.
If you do not receive your confirmation within 1 hour of payment, please contact us immediately at support@ktemple.com with your transaction ID.
